who can deny the amazing voice of Jenni Spiro singing at the Ringisde Pub in Caldwell,NJ.

Born May 15th in Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey, singer/songwriter Jenni Spiro grew up into a life of music. The only child of two working musicians, performing and writing rock music has been her driving desire since a young age. Her father is the keyboard player/vocalist ‘Mongo’ for “The Nerds,” and her mother is a bassist and lead vocalist for several New Jersey–based bands. Witnessing Jenni’s aptitude to sing at an early age, her parents supported her to cultivate her gift of music.

Jenni’s talent was first noticed at the age of three, singing pitch perfect covers atop a milk crate to a reporter for the local news, who had heard of her musical aspirations and covered a story on the young star. Not long after at the age of seven Jenni began writing songs, and by the time she turned 15 she was playing the bass and acoustic guitar.

Well, I’m the type of guy that loves to go out and party with friends, no matter where it is, if is a VIP Club or the Bar around the corner. I like to have a good time!!!I’m the type of friend that enjoys a good laught, good company, lots of drinks and of course great music. I love having a awsome time with my buddies. I’m a very outgoing guy…..and where ever I go, I intent to get the best out of it, always looking for new friends…I’m very simple and straight to the point, I don’t ask for much just to be treated as I treat you, with respect!!!
OK!!! enough of me and let’s talk about music and dj’s now. This is something I love…..Music by Great Dj’s and Clubbing…….Since when I was 14 yrs old I was on the night scene….I have been in so many places but nothing like a Great Club where they have Great Dj’s spinning the best of House Music. Well if I start naming Dj’s here will take a while to mention all my favorite ones and talk about them….But something i have to say in this business, thousands and thousands of Dj’s rise each day, but only few will get to the top…because lots of reasons…well….like, hmmm ok..First is their technics, Second is their knowledge, Third is their music, Fourth is their caracter and Fifth and the most important one is their carism for their fans….
Thats what makes a great Dj and of course a great influence in the music business can help a lot as well…. But I’m very proud to say that I have many good friends that are Dj’s and i want to mention two of them right now…..one is Marcos Carnaval and the other is Fabricio Moraes. Let’s start saying a little about them now……

” DJ & Producer Fabricio Moraes launched hisprofessional career in Brazil at the age of 15.
Now days residing in New York he credits his success to his passion for the music and his power of innovation.

5 September 2007

In Salvador, Bahia, just met up with my buddy Captain Ron (yes, he is really named Capt. Ron – LOL). Ron has a slight problem. He is stuck in Salvador. Does not speak the language. Has a beautiful Catamaran that he needs to deliver to South Africa. But he has to wait for at least two more weeks for another mate to arrive and a part. What do we do?

Let’s take a trip.

1st thing – go shopping. Need to buy supplies. We strike a deal with my buddy – Ron! He sails. We buy the stock and chip in for any gas. In addition, I COOK. He has already tasted my cooking and is keen on having some REAL food instead of eating out every night and suffering to order (in Portuguese).

So I am off – Shopping in Perini (www.perini.com.br) Great place. Looking for what will go well on a boat for a day or two trip. Get some breads, cheeses, cold cuts (a must Mortadella). What do you know they actually have something from back home – BACON, I mean real bacon must buy! Get some fresh Seafood (fish – Dorado / Mahi Mahi and Tuna, plus shrimps!). Load up on fresh herbs, I find rosemary, garlic chives, basil, cilantro and dill. Need eggs and just other stuff – filler –rice, pasta, polenta. Plus don’t forget the must haves for the morning while traveling with anyone an assortment of salgados (empanadas, tortas, etc.) and pastries.

Don’t forget liquor, beer, juice, water and ice! Take everything to the boat pack the coolers. Take out a Picanha (Rump Roast) set it to marinate in garlic, beer and a little Guarana (Brazilian 7-up). That will be tomorrow night’s dinner. The beer is in the cooler on ice. We are all set ready to travel tomorrow.

Let’s get going.

It is now tomorrow morning. Leave the apartment early. Pick up some more ice and get ready to sail. One problem! It is raining. Are we going to sail in the rain? So there is an immediate remedy – old fashion American Breakfast with a twist – cooking for 8 Hungry persons.

I like to add a ¼ cup of milk. Make makes almost a cheese sauce at this point, lets’ add the eggs. Slowly stirring and folding the eggs, until creamy and soft now time to add the rest of the cheese (to your liking – I like CHEESY Eggs) and the chives (of course chopped).
