In addition to a world-class restaurant, he has refurbished the accommodations and also selling land. Check it out while it is still a best kept secret.

Un Dia …Cabarete…One Day in Cabarete

little music to go with the scenery from Oscar Peterson, Aventura!  Cabarete was a great little village that has evolved into the Kite Surfing Capital of the Caribbean if not the world.  Blessed with a great bay and minimal waves, you can see how the people take advantage of the warm sea winds.
